Intake
80-90 min | out of pocket $175
Your therapist will ask a variety of questions to get to know you and your goals for therapy. This is a great time to think about and explore what you want your life to look like in 3-6 months from now.
Professional Collaboration
30-55 Min | $135
Sometimes, especially with certain diagnosis, clients end up coordinating a bunch of appointments and communication between health care providers. At OnlineTherapyNW, we like to reduce that load for you by initiating & orchestrating professional collaboration with the rest of your care team. This can happen as often or as little as you and your team decide, and our goal is always to help you reach your goals as soon as possible.
REgular Session
45-55 Min | $135-$200, dependent on provider
While each therapist is a little different, regular sessions usually consist of a check-in about how you’ve been since the last session and continued work toward your goals. This might include learning new skills and resources, processing trauma, making concrete goals, or just having the space to talk and truly be heard.
out of pocket rates

Do you take insurance?
Sarah Odell, LMFT and Wynter Mayhle, LMFT both take insurance with a variety of providers. Please reference their individual pages for up to date information.
At this time, Giselle Montemayor Solis, LMFTA & Rosario Rodriguez, LMHCA do not accept insurance. Please note we provide all Private Pay with a monthly Superbill that has all the information an insurance company will likely request.
Good faith Estimates
In 2021, Congress passed the No Surprises Act to protect people from unanticipated healthcare costs. The wonderful thing about therapy is you know exactly how much it costs, and you get to decide how often to meet and when you’re ready to discontinue. Already, our field was transparent with costs. As a client, you have a right to and will receive A Good Faith Estimate that shares a diagnosis if relevant, average number of sessions, and estimated total cost. No surprises, as it should be.
